Our beautiful building was built in 1926 and sits right on the edge of Sloan’s Lake in North Denver at 1820 Lowell Blvd. We have been proud Lake Knights for 97 years. Lake Middle School offers robust multi-media and arts programming including music production, DJ classes, podcasting, Lake Knight Radio, visual arts, drama, and a STEAM lab. We offer Spanish as a second language, Spanish Language Arts, and Spanish Social Studies. Heritage speakers and dual-language students who choose to participate in our Spanish program leave Lake prepared to graduate high school having already completed a college minor in Spanish and the Seal of Biliteracy. Our school values of Honor, Hard Work, Humility, and Generosity guide our Lake Knights as they learn and grow as part of our Lake Family!
